Due to recent interpretation changes in Florida's Forest Fire Laws and Open Burning Regulations, Florida Statute 590.125, Special Fire Districts are no longer authorized to approve and/or issue permits for open burning.
Citizens or businesses in the East Naples Fire District inquiring about open burning or burn permits should contact the Florida Forest Service Dispatch Center at (239)690-3502 or (239)690-3503.
Questions regarding open burning regulations/permitting may be answered by contacting the East Naples Fire District Fire Prevention Division at (239)774-2800.

The East Naples Fire Control & Rescue District (ENFD) is located in the greater Naples area of Southwest Florida. With its appealing year round climate, the area attracts a variety of full time and seasonal residents, vacationers, and businesses to the area. The ENFD has proudly served the community of East Naples since 1961.
